In this series we will use a range of drawing materials – focusing on light, tone, line, pattern, mass, perspective, abstraction and composition.
The Visual Perception workshops are hands-on creating with materials, experimenting, and discovering without dependence on technique.
Set aside your inhibitions and learn to draw! In this beginner class, we will learn the basics of drawing using a variety of materials, techniques, and methods.
Using Ann O’Hanlon’s book, seeing/perception, as inspiration, Cayen and Candis lead discussions of what we see when we look at the artworks of others or our own.
Our first adult ceramic offering in many years – Hand build or sculpt your own pottery pieces using coil, slab, and /or pinch techniques.
Get honest and thoughtful feedback on your current work in a welcoming and open group setting in person!
