Highlights: Jan 26 – Feb 1

Sculptor Christie Close will demonstrate ancient and innovative hand-building methods for making sculpture. We will each design, plan and create our unique clay sculpture during the weekend.

In this 6-week series we will use a range of drawing materials – focusing on light, tone, line, pattern, mass, perspective, abstraction and composition.

The Visual Perception workshops are hands-on creating with materials, experimenting, and discovering without dependence on technique.

Spend 60 minutes each week using your imagination and developing your artistic voice

Learn traditional oil painting techniques while using Water Based Oils in this fun painting class for beginners.

Drawing on mindfulness practices and Buddhist perspectives, we attend to the breath and present moment awareness...

For all writers. The process is supportive and not academic. Our goal is to elicit strong, beautiful, honest writing through encouragement, feedback, and practice.

Join with OHCA resident poet Cruwys Brown and 2010-2012 Poet Laureate of Marin County, CB Follett for an afternoon of poetry exploration, reading and discussion.

In these fun and unique classes, children will learn about different creative traditions from cultures around the world.
