Jackie La Lanne just retired as an art teacher in the Mill Valley School district for over 30 years and is now president of the Board at O’Hanlon. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Studio Art and a Masters Degree in Art Education. She loves teaching art and making photographs, which she says have a lot in common: discovering, making, envisioning, sharing, and having fun.
Gwen Perin is 4th generation Mill Valley. She attended Old Mill school, middle school at Edna Maguire, and Tam High. She then attended College of Marin and graduated from College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Gwen has recently retired from teaching art for Mill Valley School District for 40 years. She is looking forward to teaching camp at O’Hanlon Center for the Arts.
