Contemporary Gilding on Mixed Media With Solange Roberdeau
Sunday, November 15, 2026
10AM – 2PM
Gilding is the process of applying metal leaf to a surface. In this one-day workshop, students will learn the basics of gilding using copper leaf and explore its application on a variety of surfaces including paper, wood, and stone. This contemporary approach to an ancient technique offers a painterly way to incorporate metal leaf into gifts, fine art, and beyond. All levels welcome!
