O’Hanlon Center for the Arts invites you to submit work for our upcoming online exhibition: :

Go Figure – Art of the Human Form

We welcome imaginative and creative interpretations of the human figure, whether abstract, representational, or experimental. All media except video are eligible.


Key Dates

  • Deadline to Submit on CaFe: November 3, 2025 (11 pm PT)
  • Notifications Sent: November 11 (by 5 pm PT)
  • Exhibition Dates: November 20, 2025 – January 2026
  • Zoom Roundtable with Juror: November 20 (4 pm PT)

Entry Fee

  • $30 general/ $25 OHCA members
  • Up to 3 works may be submitted


Contemporary, expressionistic, abstract, exploratory, and/or experimental entries encouraged.

 

By submitting artwork to be considered for any Exhibition, Artist understands and agrees to Gallery Policies shown below.

GALLERY POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
Online Exhibits

By submitting artwork to be considered for any Exhibition, Artist understands and agrees to the following:

  • Participants: Open to all artists age 16 and over.
  • Artwork Eligibility: Works previously shown at the O'Hanlon Gallery online are not eligible.
  • Exhibit Curation: For most exhibits, not all artists will have artwork selected for showing. Final artwork selections are up to the Exhibit Juror(s) and/or Installer/Curator, both of which vary from show to show.
  • Artwork Sales: Buyers will pay Artist directly for any art sales. Artist agrees to contact OHCA of this sale and make a donation to OHCA of 30% of the sale price, on all sales of artwork within the first 60 days of the exhibition. This includes all artwork exhibited in an OHCA Gallery, in an online OHCA website gallery, and facilitated by OHCA. Donations to OHCA are tax-deductible to the extent permissible by law.
  • Artwork Pricing: Artwork does not need to be for sale. You may mark a piece as NFS (Not For Sale) or POR (Price on Request.)
  • Publicity: By submitting work, artists agree that photographic images and/or video of the artist and/or their artwork, in whole or in part, may be used by OHCA in various forms including but not limited to print, online and social media.
  • Newsletter: Artists agree to be added to O'Hanlon Center newsletter mailing list and can unsubscribe at any time.

ABOUT THE JUROR: JEN TOUGH

Jen Tough is the founder and director of Jen Tough Gallery in Santa Fe, recognized for her discerning eye and ability to identify emerging artists before they gain wider recognition. With a BFA in Fine Arts and a creative career spanning both the studio and commercial worlds, she brings a rare combination of creative vision and industry expertise to her curatorial and artist advisement work.

Before establishing the gallery, Jen built a notable career starting in Los Angeles as the Art Director for Warner Bros. Records (Warner Music), Urban Outfitters (corporate, Philadelphia), Hollywood Records (Disney Music), and several influential ’90s magazines (Raygun Publishing, Bleach, Lava). As a sought-after creative, she also designed, and art directed numerous retail campaigns for Nike (Image Design) as well as various creative collaborations with comedian Drew Carey spanning 25+ years.

Today, she curates exhibitions with conceptual rigor and originality while directing the gallery’s highly selective artist residency program and artist collective. Her philosophy is simple yet uncompromising: to create an exclusive space where artists are truly seen, and where collectors encounter work that challenges, inspires, and endures.
