She is currently Board President of of O’Hanlon. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Studio Art and a Masters Degree in Art Education. She loves teaching art and making photographs\, which she says have a lot in common: discovering\, making\, envisioning\, sharing\, and having fun. La Lanne\, who can often be found in the artroom wearing the earrings she made from her old bike lock keys\, has been teaching elementary art curriculum in Mill Valley public schools for many years. She is an accomplished artist\, teacher\, and photographer and has created wonderful collaborative textile projects for her five grandchildren. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Charlie Freiburger\nCharlie Freiburger is a local artist from Marin County who specializes in music and pottery. He is a graduate of Tamiscal High School and will be studying ceramics next year. Wood-fire pottery is of particular interest to him and he has taught ceramics at various studios around the Bay. Charlie plays bass in a local band called Everything and also records his own music; both of which can be found online. It breeds excitement and enjoyment of the process. \nI like the mix of people and their art. \nIt is free and fun. \nI like that I can get into the flow of art and forget the stressful world. \nI look forward to stepping into another time and place. It is a magical experience to visit this special piece of land at the foot of Mt Tam. \nBeing with people who care about art and artists is something I find worthwhile. I feel lucky to have discovered this class. It informs me well beyond 4 hours on Saturday. \nThis Saturday workshop serves as a tool to open up all of my senses and I  come alive. \nThe setting is gorgeous and serene. \nI love Saturday class.
