She has been a long time facilitator at the O’Hanlon Center and loves talking with people about their art. \nCandis Cousins works in monoprint\, collage and drawing. For twelve years she was in the monoprint workshop led by Cayen Robertson. When Cayen stepped down five years ago\, Candis began facilitating the workshop. Through these practices\, the mind settles\, and the heart opens and softens. We touch the inherent goodness within\, cultivate compassion for self and others and learn to engage fully with life\, no matter what comes our way. \nIncludes instruction\, guided meditation and silent practice\, poetry\, readings\, and writings. \nOpen to all.
