Her other books of poems are Here in My Body It Feels Crowded\, Quivira\, Lizard Dream\, and White Stucco Black Wing. Her poems are recently published in New American Writing\, Volt\, Massachusetts Review\, and Four Way Review. She was part of the creative writing faculties at UCLA and University of Virginia and\, before that\, was an editor of exhibition catalogues at The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.  She’s won artist fellowships from the MacDowell Colony\, and the Djerassi\, Millay\, Ucross\, and Wurlitzer foundations. \nKaren Kevorkian website \nFor the 2nd hour\, her workshop catchphrase is:\nThe Retell – Ekphrastic writing as rewriting. He is the author of several books of poems\, including Letters to Early Street\, and his work has appeared in more than 100 literary journals worldwide. Albert is also the author of the memoir Beamish Boy\, which was named a “Best Book of 2012” by Kirkus Reviews. His latest nonfiction book\, Writing as a Path to Awakening: A Year to Becoming an Excellent Writer and Living an Awakened Life—based on his popular writing workshops by the same name—was published by Sounds True in 2017.
