DESCRIPTION:Yoga at OHCA with Sarah McNeilFriday\, March 28\, 9:30 – 10:30 am \n8 consecutive FridaysMarch 10 through May 16\, 2025 \nTap into the flow of breath and movement\, creating space in mind and body.Yoga offers a sense of freedom and ease that can fuel your creativity.Sarah’s class is designed to support anyone seeking a steady\, deeper practice. \nAll levels are welcome provided that you can move from a seated floor position to standing postures. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.  Other props such as blocks\, blankets and straps are provided.
