Life Drawing in the Gallery w/ Melissa Parhm

In our own time, as in the earliest of times, the artist has turned to the human figure to express their version of the condition of humankind. Please join artist Melissa Parhm in an exploration of life drawing, natural forms and the human figure. In this class we will explore both human and organic forms, participants will be encouraged to explore different mediums including silver, charcoal, graphite, and chalk.

Supply list for Artists:
Please bring a drawing board, 18” x 24” is standard, pad of newsprint and a better quality paper for longer poses.
Pencils, charcoal, contes, kneaded eraser, snap blade or pencil sharpener, and a portable easel if you prefer to stand.
