July 26 @ 9:30 am - 10:45 am
An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday, repeating until August 30, 2021
In this 8 week course we will dive into a meditation and drawing practice.
Each class will start with a 10 minute meditation. We will then explore a drawing exercise that encourages to slow down and observe. The goal is to get in touch with our deeper selves, notice our thoughts, slow down and use the process of drawing to connect with our environment in a new way.
