Join us for a pre-Thanksgiving guided meditation.
Monday, November 23:
Using breath awareness and mindfulness practices, you will learn how to calm the mind and step back from inciting thoughts and emotions, in order to cultivate gratitude and generosity and touch the inherent goodness within.
Includes instruction, short ten-minute guided meditations and time for questions.
Free. Donation only (to benefit OHCA)
All are welcome. No prior experience necessary.
Catherine Flaxman, MA, LMFT, a life-long meditator, has been a guest teacher at Spirit Rock and conducts a weekly mindfulness based meditation group at the Mill Valley Community Center on Tuesday nights. She is a regular presenter at OHCA and is in private practice in Mill Valley.
