Beginner’s Meditation Class w/ Catherine Flaxman

Learn mindfulness-based meditation from the ground up.  This class includes breath and present moment awareness and instruction on how to work with troubling thoughts and emotions.  Includes instruction, guided meditation, silent practice, a short dharma talk and time for questions.
