Available Space

Most of these spaces are available for use for a reasonable fee.

The Loft: a three-level general meeting space for programs and events. Main room has seating area, art library and large open space with work table, abundant natural light and partially equipped kitchen (with stove top, microwave, and toaster oven, no oven). The adjacent deck provides an outdoor gathering area. There is a bathroom downstairs in the mid-level Studio area. Much of the wall space is exhibition space for members’ work. Capacity: 36.
Use fees: Non-Profit groups: $25/hour (3 hour minimum); $300/day. Others: $30/hour; $350/day.

The Studio: a large working studio on the lower level of the Loft for programs and individual work by members. Fifteen people may work at one time.

The Gallery: a 2,000 square-foot exhibition space which features monthly shows. (Gallery space and guidelines PDF file)
Use fee for non-members is $600/month; for members, $450/month, plus First Tuesday hospitality and invitation cards. In some cases, there will be a cost for providing parking.

Loka: a 1,100 square-foot, two story detached unit with ample natural light, views, and quietude currently in use as an artist in residence.

Koya: a small hand-work ceramics studio with sink, work table, wheel, kiln and outside courtyard. Koya is closed until further notification.

The Potting Shed: OHCA's rustic studio with sink; no bathroom; no handicapped access.

The Meadow: a grassy space on a hill suitable for sculpture shows, available to artists. It can be included, for additional fee, with rental of Loft or whole property. The fee for using the Meadow only (with access to the Studio bathroom) is $50/hour, or $600/month for an exhibition.

The Sculpture Gardens: beautiful outdoor spaces set with the granite and marble sculptures of founder Richard O’Hanlon and other artists, for contemplation and meditation.

Entire Site: The fee for using the entire site (excluding LOKA) is $1,000/day.
